[f-AA] Cover plate

Hi Dave,

I'm assuming that the problem is leaking. Is it an original tank with the 
stiffeners
on the top? My plane got modified with a PA-12 tank and cover that I'll be
changing back to original when it gets it's turn in the shop.

Were are you located?
