[f-AA] What will the government do next?

Did you happen to ask if similar cease and desist orders have been served on 
other organizations that are actually using "FAA", such as :

Fuerza Aérea Argentina (Argentinian Air Force)
Filipinos for Affirmative Action
Florida Archery Association
Florida Attractions Association
Florida Airboat Association
Florida Arcade Association
Frequency Allocation Authority (Pakistan)
Futbol Asociacion de Argentina (Argentine Soccer Players Union)
Foreign Airlines Association (UK)

I'd be interested in reading the actual language of the order.  Can you post 
it?
