[f-AA] updated 11AC rebuild parts spreadsheet

Anne and I updated the rebuild parts spreadsheet, adding current Aircraft
Spruce part numbers and costs for most of the AN parts.
We also added a column named 'Buy?' that is 1 if I really need to buy this
part, and 0 if the one I have is OK, so the calculation of total cost can be
more accurate (and palatable).

We welcome additions, if anyone is using this spreadsheet, and if you are
using it, I would love to hear from you any feedback
