faked, which tends bear out the email's authenticity, but this isn't 
conclusive as there is information within the original email that can be 
checked to confirm this. However that information doesn't make it 
through the Westmont email list server, so I can't be certain that it is 
genuine from your email to the list.

If you've forwarded it on to spoof at ebay.com then I'd suggest waiting for 
their response. If as the email suggests your password has been changed 
by ebay they should confirm it and can then follow the instructions 
given in the email.

If they deny it then I'd be inclined to think that your ebay account has 
been hijacked and then you'll probably need to ask their help recovering it.

Let us know how you get on, and I hope that it is eBay that have changed 
the password on you and not some evildoer.

Locks only keep honest people honest people out and unfortunately the 
same principle applies to computer security.
