Coy,
Thanks. I had hoped to get up to the airport to take photos of my Chief for
Wes, but I don't think I'll get there today.
John (Chief 86176 that rolled of the line just ahead of yours.)

Wes, I'll go by the hanger in a couple of hours and get the photos for
you. Hopefully they will be what you need. Coy Chief 86180

Subject: [f-AA] Trim Tab Cables
Could anyone provide me with a photo of their elevator and fuselage areas
where the trim tab cables exit and attach to the tab. We have just about
finished the restoration of N86125 (an 11AC Chief) with the trim tab being
one of the last items to rig. We are unsure as to where the cables are to
come out of the fuselage and where to provide a hole for them to pass
through the elevator. We don't want any unecessary holes in her new skin.
The service manual has no detail on this one. She is anxious to fly after
45 years of storage and slow restoration but these little details must me
taken care of.
